Dear Colleagues,

I am very excited to officially announce that we will be moving to a new office in Bettendorf! Our office will be closed for the move beginning Monday September 27th. We anticipate the move to take one week and will begin seeing patients at the new office location on Monday October 4th. Our phone number, email address and fax numbers will remain the same. I am enclosing a new stack of referral pads.

We realize that this may present an inconvenience to you as our schedule will be disrupted for a week while we move. Please be aware that we may not answer the phones if you call at some point during that week as our internet and phone service gets transferred to the new office. We hope to make the transition as smooth as possible.
